We are so excited to share a sneak peek of Julia Cushman and Chad Lemmerman’s stunning wedding day, held on Friday, October 11, 2024, at The Barn at Walnut Drive in Mogadore, Ohio! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a day filled with unforgettable moments and heartfelt memories.
Julia and her bridesmaids began their morning prep in the cozy, rustic atmosphere of the barn, surrounded by the beauty of the countryside. The excitement in the air was palpable as they slipped into their gorgeous dresses, the love and laughter setting the tone for the day. Over in the groom’s quarters, Chad was preparing for the big day with his groomsmen, sharing jokes and memories as they suited up for the ceremony.
One of the most touching moments of the day was the “first touch.” Chad, blindfolded, stood hand in hand with Julia as they shared a quiet, intimate moment before the ceremony. Julia’s father also joined them, making this moment even more meaningful. It was a beautiful, emotional pause in the day’s hustle, setting the stage for what was to come.
As the ceremony began at 3:30 pm, all eyes were on Julia as she made her way down the aisle toward Chad. The couple’s Unity Tree Ceremony was a beautiful symbol of their growing love and partnership, and it brought everyone in attendance even closer to the moment. The fall colors and the rustic charm of the barn provided the perfect backdrop for their love story.
Following the ceremony, family photos captured the joy of the day, and we made sure to get a special photo of the couple with their son, Hunter, as soon as the family portraits wrapped up. There were some breathtaking shots of Julia in her dress, and of course, the beautiful couple glowing in the golden hour light.
The celebration continued into the evening with a heartfelt reception that included toasts, dinner, and so much fun! Julia and Chad’s first dance, cake cutting, and a touching dance with Hunter were highlights of the night. The faux exit with sparklers was the perfect way to end the evening’s formalities, but the fun continued long after with dancing, a bouquet toss, and more memories made.
