On Saturday, September 28th, 2024, Leah and Mark said “I do” surrounded by their loved ones and some furry friends at the Cleveland Zoo’s Primate, Cat, and Aquatic Building. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and memories as beautiful as the venue itself.
The Morning Magic
The day began with Leah and her bridesmaids getting ready at the Home Two Suites in Independence. The excitement in the room was palpable as Leah prepared for her first look with her dad—a touching moment we were honored to capture. Over at the same hotel, Mark was getting ready with his groomsmen, the anticipation building for the big day ahead.
A Beautiful Ceremony at the Zoo
By 5:00 PM, Leah and Mark arrived at the Cleveland Zoo, ready to take the next step in their love story. The ceremony took place at the breathtaking Overlook Point, where the setting sun painted the sky with soft hues. With no cell phones allowed during the ceremony, it was a truly intimate and special moment. Leah and Mark’s vows were exchanged surrounded by nature and their closest family and friends, making it an unforgettable experience.

The celebration continued at the Primate, Cat, and Aquatic Building, where cocktail hour led into a lively reception. Leah and Mark’s first dance set the tone for an evening full of love, laughter, and, of course, some impressive moves on the dance floor! With speeches that brought both laughter and tears, and a packed dance floor that lasted until the final moments, it was a night to remember.
