A Sweet Summer Morning
On the beautiful morning of Saturday, July 19th, love filled the air in North Royalton, Ohio. Heather and Matt’s wedding day began with peaceful excitement as the Cuff Link Media team — led by Julia Webb and supported by second shooter Katy — arrived to capture every special detail. Julia met Heather at her parents’ home, where joyful getting-ready moments unfolded alongside delicate detail shots. Meanwhile, Katy joined Matt and the guys at his home in Strongsville, documenting the camaraderie and laughter before the party bus whisked them off to the ceremony.
First Look with Dad
Before the ceremony, Heather shared a touching first look with her dad in the courtyard of St. Colette Catholic Church. The moment was emotional, intimate, and beautifully lit — the kind of heartfelt moment we live to capture.
A Church Ceremony Filled with Love
At 1:00 pm, guests gathered inside St. Colette for a classic Catholic ceremony. One of the highlights? Three little ones stole the show walking down the aisle just before the flower girl and ring bearer! Heather and Matt exchanged vows beneath soaring stained glass, then made their joyful exit with a flurry of streamer poppers and happy cheers.
Family Memories & Portraits
Following the ceremony, we stayed for family portraits, capturing generations of love and joy. From sweet moments with parents to fun group shots with nieces and nephews, every photo was a keepsake waiting to be printed and framed.
Bridal Party Adventures
The next stop: Encore in Strongsville for bridal party portraits! There was no shortage of laughter as we snapped stunning group shots, playful poses, and individual portraits of Heather and each bridesmaid, as well as Matt and each of his groomsmen.
Golden Hour Glow at Via Roma
As the day softened into golden hour, we arrived at the stunning Via Roma. This was the perfect setting to capture Heather and Matt in all their newlywed bliss. From the elegant staircase to the chic awning and iconic Via Roma sign, every location felt like a page from a romantic fairytale. These portraits brought the day’s magic into full view.
The Celebration Begins
By 5:30 pm, guests gathered in the Grand Ballroom for cocktail hour as the newlyweds greeted everyone with smiles and gratitude. Introductions kicked off the evening, followed by cake cutting, heartfelt speeches, and toasts. Mitchell’s Ice Cream was a sweet surprise at the dessert table!
A Dance Floor to Remember
The LED dance floor lit up the night as Heather and Matt shared their first dance, followed by touching parent dances. A t-shirt toss got the party started, and soon guests of all ages joined in the celebration. Live music by Tricky Dick kept energy high all night, and Swensons sliders at 9:00 pm made for the perfect late-night snack.
