Some love stories feel like they were meant to be celebrated surrounded by all the people who helped make them who they are. On Saturday, September 12th, Sabrina Rocco and Grant Gilreath brought their love story to life with a beautiful wedding day filled with heartfelt moments, happy tears, family traditions, and plenty of reasons to dance!
Cuff Link Media was honored to capture eight unforgettable hours of their celebration at The Aviator in Cleveland, preserving all of the little details and big emotions that made their day uniquely theirs.
Chapter One: The Morning Before “I Do”
The day began with Sabrina surrounded by her bridal party as the excitement of the wedding day slowly turned into reality. From hair and makeup to the finishing touches on her gown, every little moment brought her one step closer to becoming a bride.
Her details told the story before the day even officially began. Her wedding dress, shoes, jewelry, invitations, rings, bouquet, perfume, and vow books were all carefully photographed, creating a collection of memories that will bring her right back to the morning whenever she looks through her gallery.
Meanwhile, Grant and his groomsmen were getting ready nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport. The morning was filled with the familiar energy of a wedding day as Grant put on his suit and added the finishing touches, surrounded by his four groomsmen and ring bearer.
Two separate getting-ready locations, two excited groups, and one very big moment approaching.
Chapter Two: The Moment They Finally Saw Each Other
After the morning preparations, it was time for Sabrina and Grant to finally come together.
Their first look was one of those beautiful wedding-day moments where everything seems to slow down for just a second. After all the planning, anticipation, and waiting, they were finally standing face-to-face as bride and groom.
Following their first look, they shared private vows together—a quiet and meaningful moment that allowed them to focus completely on each other before the rest of the celebration began.
These are the moments that make wedding photography so special. Not just the grand celebrations, but the quiet promises, emotional glances, and little moments between two people who are beginning their next chapter together.
Chapter Three: Their Favorite People by Their Side
With private vows complete, it was time to celebrate with the people who had been there every step of the way.
Sabrina was surrounded by her six bridesmaids, while Grant stood alongside his four groomsmen and ring bearer. From individual portraits to full wedding party photos, the afternoon was filled with laughter, excitement, and plenty of personality.
We captured all the classic combinations, from Sabrina with each of her bridesmaids to Grant with each of his groomsmen, along with photos of the couple surrounded by their entire wedding party.
Of course, there was plenty of time for Sabrina and Grant to step away for portraits of just the two of them as well. Their wedding day portraits around The Aviator gave us the chance to capture the excitement of newlywed life while also taking advantage of the venue’s unique spaces.
Chapter Four: Welcome to The Aviator
As the celebration moved to The Aviator, the venue became the perfect backdrop for Sabrina and Grant’s wedding portraits.
From the front entrance and rooftop to the stairways, green spaces, gazebo, hallways, and outdoor areas, every corner offered something different. The architecture and variety of the venue gave their portraits a fun mixture of elegant, romantic, and modern imagery.
And of course, we had to capture Sabrina and Grant together at some of the signature locations throughout The Aviator—because every wedding venue deserves a few photographs that make you say, “Okay, THAT is going in the album!”
Chapter Five: A Ceremony Filled With Love
At 5:00 PM, the moment everyone had been waiting for finally arrived.
Sabrina and Grant exchanged their vows during a beautiful ceremony on the patio of Gabriella’s Space, surrounded by their family and friends.
The processional brought everyone into place, from the moms and wedding party to the ring bearer and flower nonnas, before Sabrina made her grand entrance down the aisle.
And then came the moment that made it official.
Their first kiss as newlyweds was followed by a joyful walk back down the aisle together, celebrating the beginning of their marriage. With smiles, excitement, and a little celebratory fun, Sabrina and Grant officially became husband and wife!
Chapter Six: Family, Tradition & The People Who Matter Most
After the ceremony, the newlyweds gathered with their families for one of the most meaningful parts of the day.
From immediate family portraits to siblings, grandparents, godparents, aunts, uncles, and extended family, these photographs brought together generations of the people who have loved and supported Sabrina and Grant throughout their lives.
There were plenty of meaningful combinations, including special portraits with Sabrina’s Rocco and Ragone families and Grant’s family as well.
These photographs may only take a few minutes to create, but they become some of the most treasured images in a wedding gallery—the photographs that generations from now will look back on to remember exactly who was there to celebrate this incredible day.
Chapter Seven: Let the Celebration Begin!
With family portraits complete, it was officially time to celebrate!
Guests gathered for cocktail hour before making their way into Flight at The Aviator for the reception. Inside, every detail of the celebration was waiting to be photographed, from the tablescapes and head table to the cake, memory table, sign-in book, bar, and even the ice cream cart that would make a special appearance later in the evening.
Then came the grand entrance!
Sabrina and Grant entered their reception surrounded by their bridal party before moving into cake cutting, heartfelt speeches, a bouquet dedication, and a special prayer.
The room was filled with laughter, happy tears, and plenty of love for the newlyweds.
Chapter Eight: Sweet Treats & Sweet Memories
One of the sweetest surprises of the evening was the arrival of the ice cream cart!
At 7:45 PM, Sabrina and Grant got their own special ice cream moment, giving us another adorable opportunity to photograph the newlyweds enjoying one of the most fun details of their reception.
Because wedding photos don’t always have to be traditional. Sometimes the best memories are the ones involving ice cream, laughter, and two newlyweds simply enjoying their night together.
Chapter Nine: Dancing Into Forever
After dinner and dessert, the dance floor officially opened!
The newlyweds shared their first dance, followed by Sabrina’s special dance with her father and Grant’s dance with his mother. These emotional dances brought another beautiful moment of family love into the evening before everyone joined together for open dancing.
And then came one of the most fun photo moments of the night—the photo dash!
Table by table, guests made their way onto the dance floor to take a photograph with Sabrina and Grant. With twelve tables joining in on the fun, the dance floor quickly became one of the busiest and happiest places in the room.
Between dancing, laughter, ice cream, and all the excitement of the reception, the evening was full of the kind of candid moments that make a wedding gallery feel alive.
Chapter Ten: Happily Ever After Starts Here
As the evening continued, Sabrina and Grant celebrated surrounded by the people they love most. From the quiet moments of getting ready to the excitement of their first look, from their vows and family portraits to their first dance and packed dance floor, every part of their day told a piece of their story.
Their wedding wasn’t simply a beautiful event—it was a celebration of family, friendship, tradition, and two people choosing each other for forever.
