Morning Magic Begins
On Saturday, July 12th, 2025, love was in full bloom as Alison Burrell and Dave Stanley began their wedding day at the enchanting Sapphire Creek Winery in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. From the moment we arrived at the vineyard-inspired venue, there was a sense of calm joy and anticipation in the air.
Alison got ready in the charming bridal suite, surrounded by meaningful details like her gown, invitations, and jewelry. Meanwhile, Dave and his groomsmen prepped downstairs, enjoying laughs and final touches before the day unfolded. Their love letters to each other, read privately before the first look, brought on the sweetest emotions — such a heartfelt start to their day.
A First Look to Remember
At 2:30 pm, Alison and Dave shared their beautiful first look amidst the lush winery grounds. Their reactions were everything — laughter, happy tears, and pure joy. This moment gave them a quiet space to soak it all in before the excitement of the ceremony began.
Following the first look, we captured bridal party and family portraits that radiated warmth and style. Their love was glowing from every angle, and Sapphire Creek provided the most picture-perfect backdrops.
Saying “I Do” at the Pavilion
By 4:30 pm, guests gathered under the sun-dappled Pavilion as Alison and Dave exchanged vows in a short but incredibly sweet ceremony. As they walked back up the aisle as husband and wife, they shared a signature dip kiss that had everyone cheering!
Afterward, they honored a fun tradition by uncovering their hidden bourbon — a celebratory Southern nod to their love story — before we headed into more dreamy couple photos.
Reception Under the Stars
The evening continued with an elegant outdoor cocktail hour, followed by a lively reception at 6:00 pm. From their joyful grand entrance to a heartfelt welcome speech and blessing, every detail was filled with intention.
The toasts brought laughter and tears, especially those shared by Alison’s sisters and their friend Greg. After dinner and the sweetest cake cutting moment, the couple shared their first dance beneath twinkling lights — a scene straight from a romance film.
Formal dances with parents tugged on everyone’s heartstrings, and when the dance floor opened, the celebration truly took off. And just before wrapping, we stole the couple away for dreamy sunset portraits that beautifully closed their fairytale day.
