Some wedding days feel like they were made to be remembered forever, and Krista and Jordan’s beautiful September celebration was exactly that. Surrounded by the people who mean the most to them, these two celebrated the beginning of their next chapter with heartfelt moments, happy tears, laughter, and plenty of love.
Cuff Link Media was honored to capture their wedding day from the quiet excitement of getting ready all the way through their reception celebration. Here is a little peek into their beautiful day!
Chapter One: The Morning Before “I Do”
The day began at Embassy Suites Independence, where Krista and Jordan prepared for their wedding day surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Krista’s morning was filled with all those special bridal details that make wedding days feel so magical. From hair and makeup to her dress, shoes, jewelry, and beautiful floral details, every little piece of her wedding-day look helped tell the story of the bride she was about to become.
Across the hotel, Jordan and his groomsmen were getting ready for the celebration ahead. With suits being buttoned, ties being adjusted, shoes being polished, and final details coming together, the excitement was officially setting in.
With five bridesmaids and five groomsmen by their sides, Krista and Jordan had an incredible group of people surrounding them throughout the day.
Chapter Two: A Father’s First Look
Before Krista and Jordan saw one another, Krista shared a special first look with her father.
There is something incredibly meaningful about a father seeing his daughter as a bride for the very first time. It was a sweet and emotional moment that gave Krista a chance to pause, take it all in, and share a memory with her dad before the ceremony.
And, of course, Jordan was still waiting for his own first look with his bride-to-be!
Chapter Three: Before the Ceremony
The afternoon continued with bridal party portraits and family photos at the hotel.
Krista spent time with each of her bridesmaids, capturing both individual portraits and fun group moments with the women standing beside her. Jordan did the same with his groomsmen, creating a collection of portraits that captured the excitement and friendship surrounding them.
Before leaving for the ceremony, Krista and Jordan also took a little time for family portraits with their parents. With everyone still keeping the bride and groom separated, there was an extra layer of anticipation building for the moment they would finally see each other.
Chapter Four: The Moment They Became One
At 4:00 PM, the celebration officially began at Woodside Event Center in Broadview Heights.
With their family and friends gathered in the ballroom, Krista made her way toward the ceremony, where Jordan was waiting.
The ceremony was filled with the kind of moments that make wedding days so special—the anticipation, the emotion, the smiles, and finally, the moment these two officially became husband and wife.
And as they made their way back down the aisle together, they sealed the moment with a picture-perfect dip kiss!
Chapter Five: Family, Friends & Forever
Immediately following the ceremony, Krista and Jordan gathered with their families for a series of meaningful family portraits.
From immediate family combinations to larger group portraits, these photographs captured the people who helped shape their lives and who came together to celebrate this incredible milestone with them.
With the formal family photos complete, it was finally time for the newlyweds to step away and enjoy some time together!
Chapter Six: A Little Adventure for Two
For their couple and bridal party portraits, Krista and Jordan hopped on the bus and headed toward Riverview Road near the train tracks.
With their photographers along for the adventure, the newlyweds were able to take a little break from the reception and simply enjoy being married!
The combination of the scenery, their bridal party, and those newlywed moments created a beautiful collection of portraits that captured both the excitement and romance of their day.
Chapter Seven: Let the Celebration Begin!
Back at Woodside Event Center, cocktail hour gave everyone a chance to relax, mingle, and celebrate before the reception officially began.
The evening kicked off with introductions for the parents, bridal party, and finally, the newlyweds themselves.
Krista and Jordan then shared one of those classic wedding-day traditions—the cake cutting—before heartfelt speeches and toasts from the people closest to them.
From the father of the bride to the maid of honor, best man, and even a special message from Krista herself, the evening was filled with words celebrating the love and life these two share.
Chapter Eight: Dinner, Dancing & Memories
After dinner, it was time to fill the dance floor!
Krista and Jordan shared their first dance as husband and wife before Krista danced with her dad, her uncle Wally, and Jordan shared a special dance with his mother.
The evening continued with an anniversary dance, bringing married couples onto the dance floor to celebrate their own love stories.
Then came one of the biggest group moments of the night—a giant photo on the dance floor with all their loved ones together!
With approximately 115 guests celebrating alongside them, the reception was full of energy, laughter, and memories that Krista and Jordan will be able to look back on for years to come.
Chapter Nine: One Last Celebration
As the evening continued, Krista took part in the traditional bouquet toss before the Cuff Link Media photo coverage wrapped up at 9:00 PM.
After an entire day filled with family, friendship, happy tears, laughter, dancing, and so much love, Krista and Jordan officially began their next chapter as husband and wife.
